Fine Art Photographer (degree holder) and Kanye village native, from Southern part of Botswana. He showed artistry as early as standard IV in the late 80s by drawing pit latrines against his classmates. They used to draw two overlapping boxes and started connecting them and came up with a well-drawn toilets. Why toilets? Guess what, pit latrines was a luxury that few households had it.
Fast-forward, Kgomoethata continued with his obvious art talent through junior, senior and ultimately obtained a tertiary degree from South Africa in 2006.
Earned himself several local awards such as 2nd Best Thapong Artist of Year Award among others. Currently practicing as a photojournalist for the past seventeen years while depicting some social realism issues on canvas as he get exposed to them from his bread and butter job of journalism.
